OUR History

Born out of a necessity for the times, The Tabernacle of Hope church was birthed out of a
burden for winning souls to Jesus Christ. With a foundation rooted in prayer and intense seek of
Lord. The Tabernacle of Hope is a church with a clarion call to awaken the remnant people of this
time. The Bible declares in Romans 13:11, And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time
to awake out of sleep; for now is our salvation nearer than when we first believed.

The vision for the Tabernacle of Hope was given to its leaders through prayer and faith in a word
that was fitly spoken to provoke change and to bring restoration to a dying generation. The
church started without a physical location as Lord spoke to Prophet Jason Murry to start a work.
It was in the year of 2020 when the word was spoken, and the Lord gave instruction to start
building this work in 2022. 2020 was a year that the world will never forget as many lives and
families were forced to shift and reset as a result of a global pandemic that took the world by
storm.

The year 2020 was also marked as a year where many hidden things were brought light
and uncovered. Civil unrest broke out in the streets of many major cities across America.
Rioting, violence, looting and racial division colored the skies over American cities, with voices
screaming to protect their right to freedom of speech. The capital building was under attack by
an angered mob of citizens who disagreed with opposing political views. Hope seemingly had
been lost in the world as people were told that they would have to get used to being confined to
their homes. This meant that gathering in churches had to be shifted to online meeting spaces.

The Bible declares in Proverbs 13:12 Hope differed makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes,

it is a tree of life. It is out of this scripture that the mission for the Tabernacle of hope was

born. With this mission in mind, we press on to restore hope to those who have lost it and to
gather God’s remnants from the four corners of the world. Until we all come together in the unity
of the faith!
